The Cultural Center, established on December 22, 1993, following the Metropolitan Municipal Council’s decision, has evolved into a prominent cultural hub within the expansive Lyulin area of the capital. Over the years, it has flourished into a vital cultural presence in the region.

Featuring a well-structured infrastructure, the center boasts several essential facilities, including a spacious exhibition hall, a fully equipped theater stage, two pianos for musical endeavors, a contemporary ballet hall, and a dedicated space for martial arts. Supported by municipal subsidies, the center operates on a self-sustaining model, drawing income from donations and fees, ensuring its continued growth and activities within the community.
