The History Museum in Isperih was established as a branch of the District History Museum – Razgrad in 1978, and has existed as an autonomous one since 21.05.1984. It has halls for permanent and temporary exhibitions, an ethnographic house, an operating windmill; manages the archaeological monuments in the Historical-Archaeological Reserve “Sboryanovo” and the Priest’s Tomb – a monument of the world cultural and historical heritage.
