Cinema Center is a district situated in the southern part of Sofia, nestled at the foothills of Vitosha. Positioned between the “Boyana” and “Dragalevtsi” quarters, this area is renowned for hosting the National Cinema Center, known as “Boyana-films.” The district is characterized by a mix of residential and villa areas, with the “Botanical Garden” at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences situated between the Cinema Center district and the villa area. To the north of the neighborhood, the Sofia Ring Road runs. Most of the district is adorned with upscale single-family houses. Bus #64 provides a connection from the neighborhood to the center of Sofia, while bus #111 links it to the neighborhoods of “Mladost,” “Ovcha Kupel,” “Gorna Banya,” and “Lyulin.”
