Lyulin Villa Zone is a small neighborhood of the city of Sofia, Bulgaria, located in the Ovcha Kupel district, 11.3 kilometers southwest of the city center. It is situated northwest of the Sofia-Pernik road and borders the “Chernia kos” villa area to the southeast, while in the other directions, it is surrounded by parts of the Lyulin mountain not included in neighborhoods.
