The monument to Second Lieutenant Boris Vasilev Rangelov stands in the Gorublyane district of the capital.
Boris Vasilev Rangelov was an active participant in the resistance movement before September 9, 1944. Subsequently, he became a member of the People’s Militia and tragically lost his life in the line of duty.
