The park was meticulously designed and constructed during the late 1960s and early 1970s. In 1968-1969, it was adorned with a variety of coniferous and broad-leaved tree species. The park is bordered on the south and west by the “Kakach” river, while the “Iliantsi” warehouses encompass its eastern perimeter.
