The monument “From Rubble to Rubble and from Century to Century” is situated near the Russian Cultural and Information Center in Sofia. This sculpture features the Virgin and Child placed on a pedestal. It was erected to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Bulgaria’s liberation from Ottoman rule, specifically on March 2, 2003.
