The memorial plaque “For the Children of Sofia with Love,” situated in the garden near the National Palace of Culture, was established in 2010 alongside the creation of a dedicated children’s area. This space, designed for the younger community, features an outdoor stage and various facilities tailored for children’s enjoyment and recreation.
