Ivan Mihailov Gavrilov was a prominent figure in the Bulgarian national liberation movement in Macedonia. He served as a leader of the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization and contributed significantly to the cause. Throughout his involvement, Mihailov used various pseudonyms such as Balkanikus, Radko, Bregalnishki, Brezov, Deyanov, Dorko, Makedonikus, Malkia, Otinski, Skromnia, and Petar Deljan.
