The Metoch in Sopot was rebuilt after the Liberation and today it is a complex of the one-nave monastery church built in the 15th century, residential and farm buildings. The cell in which Hadji Rovoama and the novice Rada Gospozhina lived, immortalized in the novel “Under the Yoke”, has also been preserved. The church is interesting with its architecture – half buried in the ground, it is amazingly reminiscent of another unique church, the one in the village of Dobarsko.
