It is situated between Cherni Vrah Blvd., Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd., Kaliakra St., and Ralitsa St. has retained its character with minimal changes over the years, aside from the emergence and disappearance of different establishments. The name of this locality is derived from a local mineral water bath, which unfortunately was dismantled during the years 1975-1976. In its place, a prominent structure, the tall block of the Central Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party (BKP), was erected. This transformation marked a significant shift in the landscape of the area.
